What you believe about business relationships matters

Noah Porter. "Remember that what you believe will depend very much on what you are." [Motivational Quotes of the Day]

What does your company believe makes a good business relationships? If you have incorrect beliefs about building stronger bonds between customers, employees, or even vendors -- you will fail to meet on the level.

What you desire for your customer, won't match what they desire for their business. So, it's critical to understand what you want in a business relationships AND what your customers want. Since you are not your customer, very often you'll need to observe them to know for sure.

Take a moment to jot down what you believe makes a great business relationship, either email it to me, or post it here as a comment for others to learn from. IF you like, I'll provide feedback in the form of a limited consultation.
