A great way to improve employee loyalty is to demonstrate your good efforts through those who helped you most achieve them. "I can't take all the credit for this effort, I had so many good people helping me, and I'd like to thank those people right now." It will seem that everything goes your way when you work from the strengths of those around you.
If in fact you did do all the work then you have greater problems. Why be an executive if you can't have experts support your needs? Surround yourself with people who are better than you at specific tasks necessary to reach your business objectives. Make it your job to highlight and reward their hard work.
It's not always going to be easy, but you'll get further by hiring people who can do things you can't. You can keep these people by being humble in your own efforts, while focusing on the power and strength of your team. When you add positive challenges, regularly increasing the difficulty of their tasks, this indirectly builds their favor in you because of the opportunities for growth you provide.
While it feels good, as an executive your efforts don't need to be highlighted inside the company. The performance of your business will gain you praise in your community, industry, and among your peers. Inside your company let employees be the winners, build loyalty by positive reinforcement of their actions.
