Being in the business of building stronger relationships with customer, vendors, and employees -- I frequently get questions about customer relationship management (CRM). Last week we talked about maintaining business relationships during times of trouble. Over the week, in the news there seems to be quite a few executives who need that advice. I hope the strategies are proving their worth in your business.
